Thiessen Team offers a full range of turnkey Shotcrete/Concrete Plants, Backfill Plants, and Grout Plants. We have many years of experience with both batching and continuous process plants, and can custom design a plant to fit virtually any requirement. Our expertise ranges from small grouting units that can be moved with a forklift, to mobile grouting plants consisting of two 40 foot containers; and from single slurry mixers to multi-level underground rockfill plants featuring fully automatic operation. Thiessen Team offers fully automated systems, utilizing PLC (programmable logic controllers), touch-screen controls, as well as PC controls.
Manually operated volumetric batching whether stationary or mobile is provided in our scope of capability. These units are basic in design and operation, yet turn out yard after yard of quality cementitious mix designs based on your requirements. These systems can also be integrated for automation.
We routinely play a key role in the installation and commissioning of our plants, ranging from site supervision to entire turnkey involvement. We consistently provide training for all plant operators and maintenance personnel.
Our knowledgeable staff has the depth and experience to nurture a project from initial requirements and concept development, to commissioning and operator training.
Thiessen Team's automated systems are found from Cominco Limited's "Polaris Mine", north of the 75th parallel, to the Peruvian Andes in South America, and from manufacturing plants, producing fiber cement cedar shakes, to underground mining operations in the USA, Canada, South America and Africa.
